  1. Great reading Cappuccinos. Hard to put down. Looking forward to the others. Do you really beat shortening (whatever that is) for 30 minutes in the snickerdoodle recipe?

  2. Just finished the Cappuccino book. It is my first Harper Lin book and I really enjoyed it. I hope to start the second one of the series very soon. I was wondering about the roses, but I guess I have to wait until the next book! Cannot wait to try the cupcake recipes, too. I LOVE good coffee, dogs, Italy and New England….so it’s not surprising that I like this series. Can’t wait to start the next one.

  3. I just finished Sweets and a Stabbing. It is my first Harper Lin novel and I absolutely adored every minute! I’ve already recommended it to friends and have the next two books in my Amazon cart. My reviews will be up on Goodreads and Amazon soon too. Thanks for the great stories!

  4. Hi Harper,
I just finished the first Pink Cupcake mystery, Sweets and a Stabbing. Nicely written and very enjoyable! I think you had the wrong play, though. Hamlet is the one you meant, not MacBeth. The old English lit major in me couldn’t let that go. I do plan to read more of your entertaining books, as well as your delicious sounding recipes.
    All the best,
    Katharine Precek

  5. I just finished sweets and a stabbing! It was a fantastic read! I cannot afford to buy books but I wanted to tell you thank you for sharing your talent!

  6. Dear Harper, I have read just about all of your books. I just finished your Cats series. Let me tell you they are a little scary, it was
It was like I was right there with them. Even though they were a little scary I couldn’t put them down. They are great, in book number 4 I thought I was going to have to go into the book and scratch Darla’s little eyes out. I hope there are more in the series. I love all of your books

  7. Im not sure what I love more cats or magic. Thank you for including both wraped in a mystery /love story.

  8. I just finished Granny’s Got a Gun. I could not put it down. I finished it in one sitting. Loved the characters. Each had the unique qualities and were a lot like a few of the little ladies I work with in the nursing home. I enjoyed that even though this granny was retired you never really retire and she had to solve another murder. Love this book!!

  9. I am really enjoying your books! I’ve read cozy mysteries for many, many years and finally decided to try my hand at writing one. They are so much fun to read and I’m finding they are even more fun to write. Thank you for inspiring me!

  10. Just read my first Harper Lin book “Killer Christmas”. It was a delightful, quick read. I’m looking forward to reading more of your books and have recommended you for my local Library’s kindle reading.

  11. Just finished the first Cape Bay Myster: Cappuccinos, Cupcakes, and a Corpse… loved it! Can’t wait to order more! I love a good clean funny mystery… Harper truly delivered on that!

  12. I’ve read several of your series. One I’ve been waiting for is Book 10 in the Patisserie series.
I can’t find it? Is it out?

Love all of your books, I will start Secret Agent Granny books after I finish a few others. I traveled a lot in Nov. and didn’t have much reading time; have a lot to catch up on!

    Happy Holidays !

  13. I just finished reading Cape Ba Mystery: Cappuccinos, Cupcakes, and a Corpse. Just loved it, sat down and read the whole thing in one setting!! Perfect combination or romance, mystery and a totally relatable character! Can’t wait to read the rest of the series!!

  14. Please correct a serious error in New Years Slay. Emma makes a comment about the cows being pumped full of hormones. Hormone injection is illegal in Canada and all milk is tested. As this series is set in Ontario please correct this error.thank you
